AMADS HAIR wigs and hair extensions are 100% human hair and are considered a hygienic product by law. For the safety of the public and our customers, products cannot be returned or exchanged if they are opened or tampered with , used or installed.
Purchases made through our online website can be returned if the following conditions are met:
- Order is within 15 days from the purchase date.
- Item is in its original condition and can be resold.
- Item is unopened or tampered with and in its original packaging.
- Items that are refunded in the form of original payment will receive full refund.
- Items returned for store credit or exchange will not be charged .
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges to us unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
- All shipping costs are non-refundable.
